A holistic approach to fitness
Over the years, my views on health and fitness have changed. After almost a decade of working in the fitness industry and helping thousands of people to transform their bodies, I realized that the help I was providing was only half of the picture. Diet and nutrition are important, but there is so much else that goes into what helps the human body to thrive. After entering my 30s, becoming a mother of three, and experiencing a few illness scares of my own in the past few years, I discovered just how nuanced health and wellness truly is. It’s not just about diet and working out … it’s about properly supporting hormone health. Supporting the adrenals and the nervous system. It requires focused attention to sleep hygiene, proper hydration, limiting toxic exposure, nutrient deficiencies, stress management, emotional well-being, mindfulness, and so much more.
My goal is to deliver support for people using this wide lense through which I now view health and wellness. Not only is it my mission to support you through this process, but to make that process realistic and doable, thus making your goals attainable.
I’ve served as a personal trainer, nutrition specialist, and lifestyle coach for thousands of people across the globe over the past 15 years. My education includes a bachelor of science in exercise physiology, and two nationally accredited personal training certifications. I also received my certification as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist from ISSA as well as Precision Nutrition, and hold specialty certifications for pre/post natal training, kettlebell 1 & 2, TRX, and the Functional Movement Screen.
4 Week Fitness & Lifestyle Program
This package includes:
• 4 weeks worth of customized workouts tailored to your goals, ability, preferences, current fitness level, contraindications, and schedule. (Workouts may be modified, changed, and progressed as needed throughout the 4 weeks.)
• Workouts ranging from resistance training, to cardio, what rest days/ active rest days should look like, and flexibility and mobility, all with proper training splits and a sound training schedule that works for you and your life.
• Workouts will be programmed based on where you workout and what equipment you have available to you: whether it be in a gym, or in the comfort of your home.
• Guidance on diet, hydration, sleep, stress management, mindset, reducing your toxic load, mindfulness practices, and other health- related lifestyle choices.
• Accountability coaching. This includes text support directly with me (M-F, 9am - 2pm EST), as well as one 30 minute virtual check-in with me per month via zoom.
